Local Committee means the committee which has been <br />designated by action of the Board to facilitate marketing of stored <br />water by operating a rental pool pursuant to section 42-1765, Idaho <br />Code. Natural flow means water or the right to use water that <br />exists in a spring, stream, river, or aquifer at a certain time and <br />which is not the result of the storage of water flowing at a <br />previous time. (07-01-93) <br /> <br />08. Rent means to convey by contract a water right from the <br />Board's water supply bank or stored water from a rental pool. <br />(07-01-93) <br /> <br />09. Rental 0001 means a market for exchange of stored water <br />operated by a local committee. (07-01-93) <br /> <br />10. Stored water means water made available by detention in <br />surface reservoirs or storage space in a surface reservoir. <br />(07-01-93) <br /> <br />11.
