<br />In the case 'examples, the volumes of Viw were normalized by expressing
<br />them relative to Vet' i,e., for the case where Vet is taken to be equal to 1. The
<br />conditions of each case study are given in the following section,
<br />The results of the case examples illustrate how one can evaluate whether a
<br />saline drainage water is suitable for irrigation, or not, and whether blending
<br />drainage water with good quality water is likely to be detrimental, or not, with
<br />respect to reducing the volume of a water supply that can be' used for crop
<br />growth without loss in yield.
