These were in lieu of numeric criteria which were <br /> <br />still thought to be premature. The conclusions and recommendations <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />which were approved by Mr. William D. Ruchelshaus, Administrator <br />of the Environmental Protection Agency in June 1972, also are shown <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />in Appendix C.
