We support the efforts of those who want to preserve the <br />environmental values and those who want to develop the potential water sites <br />at reaching canpranlse langullge which now Is your proposed Bill. <br /> <br />This letter serves as an endorsement of HR 3547, and we hope that this can <br />be entered into the record during the hearings. We feel that the canpranise <br />proposal finally reached after years of negotiation Is the best solution to <br />the controversy which has surrounded your attempts at designation. The <br />proposed 8111 Is a true canpromlse in that It saves 75 of the river's 83 <br />miles for designation while leaving open two potential water storage sites, <br />including those sites necessary for the prospective Cache la Poudre <br />Project.
