Consequently, the prices have been re- <br />vised as of January 1969. The costs of the acquisition of the <br />3,520 acres are estimated at $1,522,000; development costs are <br />placed at $1',,113,000; and annual OM&R costs are placed at $37,000. <br />These costs are indicated in Table 3, Costs of State Wi Idlife Man- <br />agement Area'.
