I
I
;1
I
I
I
I
!I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

stakeholders with potential interest in the project's outcome. and
consideration and resolution of all issues concerning them. We believe that
one year will be necessary and sufficient for completing substantive work.
addressing and resolving stakeholders' concerns. and developing a consensus
for project implementation.

Initiation of Phase II is most desireable in August. 1985 in order to maximize
the contribution of staff. faculty. and students now available to commit to
the project. Phase II can be accomplished for $94.616. The CCDD and
University will contribute $49.138. or 52% of the total Phase II cost. The
contribution requested from the community is $45.478. or 48% of the total
Phase II cost.

Accomplishment of the first two of four project phases will provide a solid
basis for the community to conduct detailed feasibility study and project
design. and ultimately develop the Neegronda Reservoir into a multiple use
resource serving many segments of the Southeast Colorado community.
