This transfer amount may be used as necessary to pay transit <br />loss and fill the 10,000 acre-foot DOW account within the Permanent Pool in John <br />Martin Reservoir. <br /> <br />This is a one-time transfer of water to DOW from CSU based on circumstances <br />now existing, and in no way obligates CSU in the future. <br /> <br />DOW is responsible for obtaining approval by the State Engineer or Division 2 <br />Engineer, as well as all other necessary approvals required for delivery of this <br />water from Pueblo Reservoir to John Martin Reservoir. <br /> <br />Thank you for coordinating this transfer. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />AuJ-cr, ~ <br /> <br />Scott E.
