The permanent pool <br /> <br /> <br />would not be used by any agency for water supply or stor- <br /> <br /> <br />age. <br /> <br /> <br />The permanent pool (1974 acre-feet) is full and individual <br /> <br /> <br />accounts in the flood control pool are empty at the begin- <br /> <br /> <br />ning of the first year on January 1. <br /> <br /> <br />Although the State does not have an account in the flood <br /> <br /> <br />control pool, it will be allowed to store water in the <br /> <br /> <br />unoccupied flood control pool space up to the maximum of <br /> <br /> <br />2625 acre-feet. The State's stored water in the other <br /> <br /> <br />vacant accounts will be spilled anytime the space is <br /> <br /> <br />needed by the assigned entity or other bookover accounts. <br /> <br /> <br />The evaporation make up requirement on the accounts of each <br /> <br /> <br />entity in the flood control pool is a variable percentage <br /> <br />2-25 <br />
