Presented herewith for consideration and appropriate action is <br />the work group's Third Progress Report on Cost Allocations for AWR <br />multiple-purpose projects. The work group, meeting on February 20 and <br />March 12, 1952, reviewed drafts of this report as prepared by the Sub- <br />group on Cost Allocations and Reimbursement. The modifications agreed <br />to by the work group have been incorporated in this report. <br /> <br />2. Members of the Subgroup on Cost Allocations and Reimbursement <br />and the Benefits and Costs Work Group are listed on the following page. <br />Space does not permit the listing of individual staff members of the <br />various agencies who made worthy contributions to the subject report. <br /> <br />3. I have asked Mr. E. Laurence Burnet~, Federal Power Commission, <br />Fort Worth, Texas, to assemble this report and distribute it. .The re- <br />port is scheduled to be discussed at the AWRBIAC meeting of March 26 and <br />27, 1952. <br /> <br />?I /J. ~?'
