It appears to me that the <br />State Planninq Commission mentioned above on the same paqe <br />would hA.... just a. much to do with the water of the state as <br />the Water Consenation Board. For this rea.on, I am suoqest- <br />inq that this statement be amended to include some of the <br />more prominent duties required of the Board by the Statute <br />creatinq it. For instance, it miqht be sdd that it is the <br />duty of this Board to investiqate the plana, purpo.es llnd <br />activities of other states and of the Federal (IOvernment <br />whioh miqht effeot the interstate water of Colorado.
