I think that I <br />will personally find it difficult not to have some linkage between the issues <br />of sufficient progress and the MOD simply because there are reliances that <br />the Service is saying or there are conditions that the Service insists on <br />having for their protection and I think similarly there are things the State <br />will insist on having for our protection, that they work very complimentarily <br />together. <br /> <br />Discussion or comment from the audience. <br /> <br />Call for the question.
