<br />derhom, near Gunnison, on July
<br />16, 1888, the son ot Co]umbUll L.
<br />and Mar)' 1'1-1_ Stone. He was grad_

<br />He was Gunnison County judge
<br />from 1912 10 ]921. serving in that
<br />cap.Jcity bt'fore he Wa! admitted
<br />to the bar. He bee:lme Gunnison
<br />lo.....n attorney in 1921 and served
<br />until 1928. He also _'<t>r\"ed for 12
<br />}'pars asa deputy district attorney,
