The ditches below the Caddo a Reservoir shall have first call <br /> <br />in Colorado upon all waters coming into the reservoir, to the extent of 160,000 <br /> <br />0,0 <br />acre feet, (120 acre feet in the irrigating season E~d 40,000 acre feet in the <br />^ <br /> <br />winter season), less divertable accretions below the reservoir. <br /> <br />fJk... <br /> <br />c.
