ArIOS C, GR IESEL <br />During Period January 6, 1975, through June 30, 1977 <br /> <br />Under the general supervision of the Director of Planning and <br />Technical Services, Mr. Griesel will serve as Regional Study Director <br />of the 1975 National Assessment and as staff coordinator of the updating <br />efforts on the Missouri River Basin Comprehensive Framework Study Report. <br />In this connection, he will: <br /> <br />. Supervise and direct the work of Commission personnel and others <br />assigned to him for study purposes by the Director of Planning and <br />Technical Services. <br /> <br />. Serve as principal coordinator of work activities associated with <br />the framework update and national assessment studies and insure <br />the compati bil ity and mergi ng of resu Its of these two s tudi es under <br />the guidance provided by the Framework Update Committee of the'MRBC. <br /> <br />. Maintain continuing liaison with designated representatives of the <br />ten Missouri River Basin states, Federal agencies and other study <br />participants with the aim of delineating and expediting state and <br />federal inputs to the studies. <br /> <br />. Provide technical assistance to the MRB states to help them meet <br />their study commitments, when needed and requested and when other <br />workload commitments permit. <br /> <br />. Coordinate application of MRBC and Water Resources Council planning <br />procedures, including WRC principles and standards, and implementation <br />of applicable plans of study and guidelines. <br /> <br />. Be responsible for reviewing and evaluating, coordinating and preparing <br />study reports. <br /> <br />.
