In a letter dated September
8, 1969, the Attorney General notified the
Regional Director of the Bureau of Reclama-
tion of California's recommendations.
Deliveries to Mexico. The Bureau of
Reclamation maintains a control schedule
which includes scheduled deliveries to Mex-
ico plus releases from storage for sluicing,
river regulation, and other purposes.
Scheduled deliveries, control schedule
amounts, and excess deliveries to Mexico for
recent years are shown in Table 4.
Plate 9 shows deliveries to Mexico by years
from 1951 through 1969, and Plate 10 shows
deliveries by days for water year 1968--69.

Table .4
DELIVERIES TO MEXICO
Colorado River System
(Thousands of Acre-Feet)
Scheduled Excess Excess
Deliveries Deliveries Over
Water ro Control Flowro to Control
Year Mexico /I Schedule Mexico Mexico Schedule
1962 ........ 1,500 1,540 1,763 263 223
1963 ........ 1,500 I,B73 2,113 613 240
1964 ........ 1,500 1,549 1,776 276 227
1965 ........ 1,474 1,502 1,594 120 92
1966 ........ 1,541 1,632 1,720 179 BB
1967 ........ 1,459 1,517 1,566 107 49
196B ........ 1,4BB 1,541 1,563 75 22
1969 ........ 1,491 1,545 1,551 59 6

.
