COLORADO LITIGATION <br />During Compact Year 1992 the trial in the liability phase of the <br />litigation continued intermittently before the Special Master, Arthur L. <br />Littleworth, in Pasadena, California. Various motions were filed during <br />the period regarding additional discovery and admissibility of evidence, <br />As oi December 16. 1992 all evidentiarv presentations in the liabilitv <br />phase of the litigation had been completed.
