FINDINGS of FACT bv the ADMINISTRATION <br />There were no findings of fact made by the Administration during <br />Compact Year 1992. <br /> <br />11. INVESTIGATIONS <br />There Were no investigations undertaken by the Administration during <br />Compact Year 1992. <br /> <br />12. CHRONOLOGY of EVENTS in KANSAS v. COLORADO LITIGATION <br />During Compact Year 1992 the trial in the liability phase of the <br />litigation continued intermittently before the Special Master, Arthur L. <br />Littleworth, in Pasadena, California. Various motions were filed during <br />the period regarding additional discovery and admissibility of evidence, <br />As oi December 16. 1992 all evidentiarv presentations in the liabilitv <br />phase of the litigation had been completed. Also during 1992 the <br />Special Master issued orders dismissing Kansas' claims regarding <br />Trinidad Reservoir and several counterclaims filed by Colorado, <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />..,Ieol"l <br />
