As Table 1 indicates, 89,823,000 acre-feet passed <br />Lee Ferry in the last ten years, thus meeting the obligation of <br />Article III(d) of the Colorado River Compact, i.e., that the States <br />of the Upper Division shall not cause the flow of the Colorado River <br />at Lee Ferry to be depleted below an aggregate of 75,000,000 acre-feet <br /> <br />-1- <br />
