RE: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 11, 1!l!l5 <br /> <br />Attached are a draft agenda for the May 15 & 16 Platte River <br />negotiating session in Cheyenne, and a final draft discussion paper <br />that describes the Platte River'S projects commitment to either a <br />basin-wide program (to the extent agreement can reached) or a <br />"Colorado-only" effort. . <br /> <br />This draft discussion paper was prepared at my request by a sub- <br />group of the Platte River project that included Denver, Northern, <br />Riverside Irrigation, Thornton, .Boulder, Water Supply and Storage <br />company, coors,' and one or two others. The full Platte River <br />Project has not adopted this discussion paper, which is why it <br />remains in draft form.
