As discussed at the January 30, 1992, Colorado River Implementation Committee Meeting, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) agreed to distribute copies of this draft to Implementation Committee and Management Committee members and other interested parties. The Service would also be glad to make distribution to those requesting copies if Reclamation agrees. We would like to finalize the biological opinion within 60 days, and would appreciate a copy of any comments you receive. Your active participation in recovery and protection of endangered fishes is greatly appreciated.
