Demand of 5,500 acre feet from <br />Costilla Creek to supply Eastdale Reservoir rights. <br /> <br />CONDITION B <br /> <br />99 second feet direct flow rights; demand of 2,500 acre feet from <br />Costilla to Eastdale Reservoir No.1. Jar-aso colony to be irrigated by <br />22 second feet aompany-mvned direct flow rights through Cerra Canal. <br /> <br />CONDITION C <br /> <br /> <br />Direct flow rights equalized (64 second feet operating); demand <br />of 1000 acre feet from Costilla River to Eastdale storage through Cerra <br />Canal. First storage risht af 2,800 acre feet in Costilla Reservoir <br />to Jarcso colony lands with no hold-over privileges. <br /> <br />CONDITION D <br /> <br />Same as Condition C excepting that first 5,500 acre foot pri- <br />ority in Costilla Reservoir be divided equally between the states <br />without hold-over privileges, <br /> <br />CONDITION E <br /> <br /> <br />64 second feet direct flow right.s. 1,000 acre f€'et to Eastdale <br />Reservoir throueh Cerra Canal. 18% of water stored in Costilla Reser- <br />voir to Jeroso colony; 82% to Costilla Reservoir System lands; reservoir <br />rights to be of equal. prio.rity with no hold-over privileges.
