Task 1 - write and Edit Work Group Report - Draft task reports
as the study proceeds and also includes writing and editing a final
Work Group Report.

Task 2 - Define Habitat units - using best scientific and
commercially available information, define and describe the units of
measure for Whooping crane, Least Tern, piping Plover, and Bald Eagle
habitat.

Task 3 - Define Present Condition Habitat - Develop present
condition species habitat for Central Platte River.

Task 4 - Develop Land Manaqement Methods - Develop land
management methods for Central Platte using the Block/Segment Plan
concept.

Task 5 - Develop Water Manaqement Methods - Develop, evaluate
and recommend water management methods for inclusion in alternatives.
This task would require the Hydrology and Alternative Work Groups'
input to define the details of water management alternatives,
including assumptions.

Task 6 - Develop Alternatives - Develop combinations of land
and water management methods into alternatives to be evaluated.
