<br />APPENDIX "E" <br /> <br />Reso lution In M emoriam To <br /> <br />Colonel Gustov L Seligmann <br /> <br />(Adopted December 10,1974) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ARKANSAS RIVER COMPACT <br />ADMINISTRATION, <br /> <br />We pause to express our profound grief caused by the passing of <br />QUi" formel associate, Gustav L. Seligmann. <br /> <br />Gustav Sellgmann became chairman of tile Arkansas River <br />Compact Administration In May of 1970 and during hiS term of office <br />served as a steady and guiding hand in its operation. <br /> <br />To those of his family he left behind, we extend QUI' deepest <br />sympathy, knowing that they may obtain some solace by the memory <br />of J life well lived. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thiS resolution be entered <br />into the records of this Administration .Jnd that the Secretary be <br />instructed to send a copy to his next of kin. <br /> <br />-32- <br />
