<br />'( <br /> <br />Front Range Water Forum <br />October 6, 1993 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Romer emphasized that the state is in a unique position to create an environment in <br />which positive communication among various local governments and other interested parties <br />can take place. <br />Through a statewide selection process, the Colorado Water Conservation Board has <br />selected Hydrosphere, Inc., as the consultant for the study. The study will begin with an <br />interactive scoping process to identify specific projects for analysis. A technical advisory <br />committee appointed by Front Range Water Forum members will guide the analysis of the <br />projects identified through the scoping process. Overall coordination of the study will be <br />performed by the Colorado Department of Natural Resources with representatives from the <br />State Engineer's Office, Colorado Water Conservation Board and Colorado Water Quality <br />Control Commission. <br /> <br />### <br />
