<br />c.) <br />(7) <br />,--., <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />WINTER STORAGE <br /> <br />Reservoir, Nov. 1, 1982 - Oct. 31, 1983 <br /> <br />Winter Storage in John Martin Reservoir began at 0001 Hour, November 1, <br />1982. At that time the Conservation Pool was empty. The Reservoir <br />contained 12,241.00 A.Ft, This water was distributed as follows: <br />8,866.80 A.Ft. in Agreement Accounts and 3,374.20 A.Ft. in the Recreation <br />Pool. Winter Storage ended at 1636 Hour, May 18, 1983. Ouring this <br />period a total of'114,516.47 A.Ft. was stored, This water was allocated <br />to various accounts as specified in the 0 erati Plan, adopted by the <br />Arkansas River Compact Administration on Apri 14 1980.
