At present the Corps bas established tbe .aximu. level <br />for tbe permanent pool at an elevation tbat approximately <br />atores 1.989 a.f. decreed to the CMCB in Clse No. 79CM306 (the <br />Bear Cre.k Lake atorage rigbt). The Corps bas recently <br />reaffirm.d that not all or the remalnlng storage capacity <br />behind Nt. Carbon Dam is requlred tor flood control purposes <br />.nd recently deter.lned tbat approxim.tely 18.400 ..f. of <br />additional storage space is av.ilable tor conservation .tor.ge. <br />sUbjeet to evaluation of impacts ineludlng tbose associated <br />witb recreation at Bear Creek Lake. <br /> <br />4.
