Upper Colorado River commission, the state of Colorado, and indivi-

duals, service organizations, and public bodies in the project

area. To the best of my knowledge there is no opposition to the

project.

The Dolores Water Conservancy District stands ready,

willing and able to enter into repayment contracts for the reim-

bursable features of the project.

The Projects Committee of this congress designated the

Dolores Project in Division II, meritorious, in 1964. I urge them

to advance it to Division I, endorsed, at this time.
