Table 3.1 Shows the site <br />storage capacity for each reservoir and combination. A brief <br />descri,ptio,n of the reservoirs are provided below.. The . average <br />annual flowsme,ntioned. in the subseqUent 'paragraphs are bas'ed . on <br />historical flows for the period of 1951 through 1985. <br /> <br />Wolford Mountain .site' A I - The site is located on Muddy Creek, <br />approximately 1.5 miles upstream from Kremmling. The reservoir <br />inflow is to be supplemented with pumping from the Colorado River <br />during the snowmelt runoff season. Two alternative, sites for <br />pumping intake were considered: one immediately upstream of the <br />'Blue River and the other downstream of the Blue R.iver. The average <br />annual historical flow of Muddy Creek at the site is approximately <br />64,000 af. The average annual histbl;"ical flows at the proposed <br />diversion sites above and below the Blue River are 357,000 and <br />678,000 .af respec,tively. <br /> <br />Wolford Mountain site C -Thie site is. located, on MUddy Creek, <br />approximately 4 miles nO,rth of Kremmling.
