Literature Survey - Historical <br /> <br />a. Survey of published information on vegetation and wildlife <br /> <br />from State agencies, universities, localities, etc. <br /> <br />b. Survey of established wil dl He areas, e.g., waterfowl <br /> <br />management areas, refuges, wintering areas, any area where <br /> <br />wildlife are known to concentrate (State, Federal local level). <br />1) identify target species <br />2) identify trends in population <br /> <br />3) describe marigement objectives and procedures (migratory, <br /> <br />habitat, waterfowl harvest, waterfowl production, etc.) <br />
