The district would have two sources of revenue: (a) <br /> <br />from an ad valorem tax, and (b) from water charges, In addition, <br /> <br />the unit would be credited with an estimated $10,000 annually from <br /> <br />service charges received from the Fort Morgan Canal and Jackson Lake <br /> <br />interests.
