<br />"".1" <br />,'. : <br /> <br />00 <br />("") <br />L":l <br /> <br />The cumulative effect of the yearly <br /> <br />repetition of this added stress on the <br /> <br />downstream ecosystem over the plant's life- <br /> <br />time cannot be determined on the basis <br /> <br />of available information. <br /> <br />2.3.2 Impact of Plant Facilities <br /> <br />Most of the vegetation which will be <br /> <br />affected by the plant facilities, in- <br /> <br />cluding the substation and rail spur, is <br /> <br />of the sagebrush type or used for agri- <br /> <br />cultural land, so very little wildlife <br />habitat will be nreempted by the facilities <br />themselves. Access will be principally <br /> <br />limited to existing roads, minimizing <br /> <br />direct impact on the surrounding vegetation. <br /> <br />A small amount of riparian vegetation <br /> <br />will be removed in constructing the intake <br /> <br />structure, and a small amount of wet <br /> <br />meadow bordering the river will be <br /> <br />removed by the rail spur. <br /> <br />Loss of these lands to their present <br /> <br />use is .not expected to cause any <br /> <br />measureable ecological damage.
