Christopulos <br />Jack Palma <br />IvaI Goslin <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is the report on the results of the <br />operations during calendar year 1976, to comply with the agreement with <br />Mexico entitled, I1Permanent and Definitive Solution to the International <br />Problem of the Salinity of the Colorado River," incorporated in <br />Minute No. 242 of this Commission. <br /> <br />The report states that the operations were in compliance with the agree- <br />ment.
