We have not received enough background information from the agencies to assess what <br />NEP A requires here. We urge both agencies to carefully review these issues with their legal counsel <br />and NEP A advisors. If including the joint report results andlor evaluating channel capacity in this <br />EIS would be prudent to ensure NEP A compliance, then the agencies should proceed accordingly. <br /> <br />We would appreciate the opportunity for fwther discussion of these issues with the agencies <br />and their legal counsel. <br /> <br /> <br />Susan G.lordari <br /> <br />C . -- i <br />
