and that diversion records of ditches in Colorado, used ~ Kansas, were tak-
en from tabulations appearing in a Colorado report known as the "Patterson
Plan," for opero, ting ths irrigation pool in Caddoa Reservoir, and administer-
ing rights in the Arkansr,s River affected by such reservoir operations, in
aocordanoe with the Opinion of the United States Supreme Court entered Dec-
6. Since the plan of reservoir operation assumed in the Kansas-"Caddoa
Reservoir Studies" differs from operation plans heretofore prepared by Colo-
rado, and since the terms used and results calculated and'reported by Kansas
are also different, it may facilitate this discussion to summarize oertain
strsamflow and diversion records, for the study period 1908-1938 used by
Kansas. Some of the basic data appearing in the follavling tabulation appear
to have been used by Kansas. All the rsferenoe data are available from the
same general souroes of information outlined in the preceding parngraph, -
particularly Colorado Exhibits 204-222, introduoed by Colorado in the above
mentioned case.
