and we have the following suggestions I

Paragraph 1. Omit "i.lr. Knapp of" in the third line.

Paragraph 4. Omit the word "readily" in the first line.

Paragraph 5. Perhaps over cautiously I do not want to have even the

appearance of Colorado's approval of' Kansas procedure results, or even figures

and, therefore, suggest changing the first three lines so as to read "With

respect to sources of information Col'Jrado might assume from the prooedure

folla.ed that some of the records and basic data used hy Kansas were previous-

ly compiled by Colorado."
