Precipitation in the San Juan Basin has been very lo~ the past fe~ months. This has affected the expected inflow into Navajo for the April through July runoff period. The runoff is expected to be only 275,000 acre-feet or 36 percent of average. Currently releases from Navajo are 605 cfs. With the low amount of inflow forecasced for 1996, releases will probably remain near 605 cfs through the rest of the water year. GLEN CANYON - This spring'S runoff into Lake Powell is projected to be abou c 7.465 MAF, 96 percent of average, a drop from the 115 percent forecasted during May.
