Army <br />AlbJlquerque, New Mexico <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />In response to the request from your office for <br />an investigation and report on the recreational possi- <br />bilitiesofthe proposed Trinidad Reservoir, there are <br />enclosed six copies of our "Reconnaissance Report, Recre- <br />ational Use and Development, Purgatoire River, Colorado." <br /> <br />It is believed that the reservoir, under pres- <br />ent planning for primary purposes, could supply a portion <br />of the day-use recreational demands of Trinidad and the <br />imaediate area.
