CO-A01-78-00-2550 <br />with the U.S. Department af Cammerce. The Study has been canducted <br />pursuant to' the pravisians and abjectives af Public Law 94-587 (90 <br />Stat, 2943), Sec. 193 which autharized the Study, under directian af <br />the High Plains Study Cauncil.
