Speaker of the House of Representatives:

Your first conference committee appointed on SB 91-149,
concerning implementation of limited gaming, has met and
reports that it has agreed upon the following:

That the Senate accedes to the House amendments made to the
bill, as said amendments appear in the rerevised bill, with
the following changes:

Amend rerevised bill, page 7, strike lines 1 through 3.

Renumber succeeding subsections accordingly.

Page 7, li ne 9, stri ke "UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS";

line 19, strike "(17)" and substitute "(16)".

Page 10, line 11, strike "IN";
line 12, strike "THIS STATE".
Page 11, after line 24, insert the following:

"12-47.1-106. Exceptions. (1) NOTHING IN THIS ARTICLE
SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ANY WAY TO AFFECT OR INTERFERE WITH THE
REGULATION OF BINGO AND RAFFLES BY THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY
OF STATE.

(2) NOTHING CONTAINED IN THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE CONSTRUED
TO MODIFY, AMEND, OR OTHERWISE AFFECT THE VALIDITY OF ANY
PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN ARTICLE 10 OF TITLE 18.".
