McGovern and <br />Edward D, Jenkins was released to the open-file on January 18, <br />1965. It may be inspected at the offices of the USGS in Villa <br />Italia Shopping Center or the Public Inquiries office in the <br />Denver Federal Building. A copy is also available for inspection <br />in the offices of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />A report on Ground Water Development in the Colorado High Plains, <br />by A. J.
