Section 6 of the authorizing act states that upon completion of each
unit, participating project, or separable feature thereof, the Secre-
tary shall allocate the total cost (excluding any expenditure auth-
orized by Section 8 of this Act) of constructing said unit, project,
or feature to the various purposes authorized under Reclamation law.
Allocations have been made of the total investment andlor estimated
cost of the units and projects now authorized. All allocations are
tentative with the exception of Smith Fork Project on which a final
allocation report was prepared April 1968.
