The

drainage area at the diversion dam is 100.5 square miles, giving

an intervening drainage area between the Banded Peak Ranch gage

and the dam site of 30.7 square miles. The runoff at the dam site

was computed as the flow of the Navajo River at Banded Peak Ranch

gage plus 50 percent of the tributary inflow between Navajo River

gage at Banded Peak Ranch and Navajo River at Edith. The same

correlation mentioned under Little Navajo River was used to supply

the missing records for the Little Navajo River after 1952.

.

- 8-
