<br />Location.--Water-stage recorder, lat 37005', long 105045', in sec.22, T.33 N., R.ll E" on right bank just down-
<br />stream from highway bridge, 6 miles north of Colorado-New Mexico state line, 10 miles east of Lobatos, and
<br />14 miles east of Antonito. Datum of gage is 7,426,79 ft above mean sea level, dab1m oi 1929.

<br />Drainap;e area..-7,700 sq roi, approximately (includes 2,940 sq mi in closed basin in San Luis Valley),

<br />Arriba County, Datum of gage is 6,696.12 it above mean sea level, datum of 1929. Prior to October 1935, at
<br />site 1.5 miles upstream and October 1935 to September 1938, at site 1.1 miles upstream at different datum.
