tions of the Federal Heclamntlon I.aw (Act of June 17, 1902, 32
Stat. 388, and Aots aMendatory thereof and supplementsry thereto).

Upon releage of stored waters et the outlat works of the dam
by the United States, the District agrees to assume full rasponsl-
