Use remote localion control. such as military artillery. an <br />Avalallncher. or L.O CAT. 10 reach starting zones that are <br />beyond the range of fixed facilities. <br />6. Develop melhodology 10 safely and effeclively lest snowpack <br />stability and reduce the avalanche hazard that could affect <br />new skiing terrain. <br />7. Once ascertainll1g reasonable snowpack stability from a safe <br />distance. utilize controlleams on skis La deliver hand charges <br />in the safest possible manner. <br />8.
