<br />This permit is granted subject to the terms of Colorado River Compact and upper

<br />quantity of water diverted by the Cities of Cheyenne and Laramie, WyOllling frOlD Douslas
<br />Creek and its tributaries, tributary of the North Platte River,under Pe~its.Nos. 22094
<br />through 22115. and the Rob Roy Reservoir. Permit No. 6536 Res. Such replacement to
<br />
<br />be made on an annual basis under regulations and requirem.ents to be made by t6.e State
<br />EDlineer's Office.
<br />Construction of proposed work shall begin within one year from. the date of approval.
<br />lbe tilDe for cOillpleting the work shall terminate on December 31. 1964.
<br />'!he time for completing the application of water to benefida1 use shall terminate
<br />on December ll. 1964, and final proof of appropriation shall be made within five years
<br />thereafter.
<br />'DIe amount of appropriation under this permit shall be the quantity of water bene-
<br />ficially used far municipal, industrial and irrigation purposes on or before December 31,
<br />1964. not to exceed 7.6 cubic feet of water per second of t'ime and in accordance with
<br />the l!m1tations imposed above.
