<br />1. President's Budget
<br />
<br />The president's recommended Colorado reclamation budget for F.Y.
<br />1976 and the transition quarter (July-Sept. 1976) appears to be quite
<br />adequate for the purposes set forth in the budget. The few deficiencies
<br />existing in the budget are covered in the second section of this memo-
<br />randum.
<br />
