The USDA <br />ImplementatIon schedule was com rolled by annual appropriations for the Colorado River Salinit)' <br />Comrol Program Funding was allocaled to the Grand Valley and Uinta Projects in 1987 and each <br />year thereafter. In <br />1987. the Technical Policy Coordinating Commiuee of SCS and Reclamation published the <br />.\-fonltonng and Ewluanon of Salin"y Control Projecrs Inten"m Gmde for the Colorado Rher Basin <br />Salinity Control Program. In August 1991. SCS published the Frame.....ork Plan Jar .\fonitoring and <br />E\'aluating the Colorado R/\eT Saflnlty Conrrol Program. This publication provides detailed <br />Instructions for all monitoring and evaluation (~I&E) aCIi\.ities carried out by USDA.
