The addition of Imported water to the basin, particularly that Im- <br />ported by the City of Denver and the Colorado-Big Thompson Project has not <br />caused a significant change in the flow of water across the state line. The <br />influence of the imported water on stream flows is significant above Kersey, <br />only minor al Kersey, and not measurable at Julesburg. <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS FROM GRAPHICAL ANALYSIS <br /> <br />1. The flow at the Nebraska State L ioe has not increased, even though 5 i9- <br />nlflcantly large volumes of water are now imported Into the basin which were <br />not impoiled eal""l ier. <br /> <br />2. The lack of additional State Line flow in the more recent period has <br />been caused by several factors, one of which is the increased use of wells <br />drilled into the South Platte alluvium. <br /> <br />3. The State Line flow was greater before the Compact date of signing than <br />afterwards. <br /> <br />~ <br />
