Prospective Solutions: Prospective solutions will involve plans for <br />identification of salt sources, collection and conveyance of saline water, <br />treatment and use of saline water, and disposal of brine effluent. <br /> <br />4. Participation by Local, State, and Federal Agencies: Interested <br />parties and agencies are requested to forward within 30 days an expression <br />of interest in the investigation, to inform us of pertinent data that can be <br />made available for use and to furnish comments and suggestions. The public <br />will be invited to offer suggestions and comments during the investigation <br />and planning process. Expressions of interest should be sent to the Regional <br />Director, P.O.
