Introduction. gives an overview of the purpose of this report, the need <br />for and purpose of the project as well as the authorizations by the funding <br />agencies; <br /> <br />Section 2. Development and Analvsis of Alternatives. provides a description of <br />the process leading to a preliminary design and cost estimate for a NASF at the <br />Chiles Farms site; <br /> <br />Section 3. Description of the Selected Alternative, outlines the information in the <br />conceptual design report for the project as updated by discussions with CDOW <br />staff and the conceptual design report consultant; <br /> <br />Section 4. Water Supplv. provides a description of the potential sources of water <br />supply for the project; <br /> <br />Section 5. Financial Program. outlines the major funding considerations for the <br />project; and <br /> <br />Section 6. Conclusions and Recommendations, presents the conclusions and <br />recommendations of the CDOW and CWCB staffs regarding the proposed <br />facility. <br /> <br />1-3 <br />
